Friday, 27th of october was P6'2007 graduation day. it was a very nice and memorable day in school. it started off with games in class. though we couldnt' sit in a big group at the front of the class, we still continued playing at the back of the class in a corner with lesser people 'cause miss yeong said we were far too noisy. she wasn't in class most of the time as she was busy preparing for out graduation ceremony. we played for the first half of the day. let me skip the boring parts..

after recess, a teacher from crescent girls' school came to introduce their school to us. it helped as i knew more about the school after the talk. well, it makes me want to go to the school. i must say, life seems more interesting there than in any other school i know. least they use TABLE PCs!! gosh, i really, really wanna own one of those. its so cool! only the girls from classes 6a, 6a and 6c stayed in the hall for that talk. the boys and the other girls from the other classes went back to class for MT lesson. not lessons they are, its play periods. a teacher from shu qun secondary school came too. that teacher gave his " talk " after 6a went back to class. they expect no one from 6a to go to that school and i feel thats not very nice to the other classes. its like saying that 6a is very proud and arrogant. its not a very nice thing to do.
upon reaching class, we were shocked to see all the chairs in the class gone. we knew they were going to be placed in the hall for us for the graduation ceremony. instead of fussying about it, we sat on the floor and played " murderer ". it was quite fun esp with the whole " gang " around.

during the graduation ceremony, the teachers put up a slide show. they had our ez-link pictures in there!! we were P1 then. i wonder which website they got it from. they didn't wanna tell us where. we were touched by their efforts. all the P6 classes put up an item. every class except my class, 6a, put up a skit which, no offence, i found boring. ours was a song. we brought laughter to many esp with one line which goes like this. " khoon hwee knows a hot babe called Mahiran.." Mahiran is Mrs Zakria. he used to call many girls to walk past him " hey babe" he did the same to Mrs Zakria so we decided to put that in. we made him run to her and give her a rose when we sang the line. the whole hall laughed XD! after the song finished, we all stood up, bowed and threw out caps we were wearing up into the air which saying " happy graduation! "

Ms Taha gave a speech after that and we were all treated to a tea break. this time instead of the students always serving the teachers, the teachers had to serve us! YAY! we ate and chatted. finally when almost everyone left, we started taking pictures. we took many funny and nice ones! the day ended with a very happy ending.

PSLE is over and its like a big boulder's been lifted off my shoulders.. i don't think i'll do well for HMT cause i kept thinking of all the fun times we will have. well, i checked my paper only 2-3 times as i kept looking at the clock.
before every paper begins, the invigilator had to read out a NOT VERY SMALL announcement. " This is an announcement for all candidates taking this paper. No unauthorised notes such as hand phones and pagers, capable of storing visual and verbal information, such as digital cameras, mp3 players and Ipods. If you're caught with any of these items, it will be considered as cheating. Cheating is a serious offence. You will be disqualified from the examination if you're caught cheating or attempting to cheat. If you have any of these items with you, please place them in your bags, all bags should be placed outside." we could practically mouth the words! before the announcement was read out by our invigilator, madam yu, for the last time, she said, " this will be your last time hearing this" and she smiled, we laughed. its nice having such a nice invigilator like madam yu as she always wishes us all the best when the paper starts. she helps is pick our things us when they fall onto the floor too!
for the last 1/2hr-15mins of our HMT paper 2, i started to look at the clock and smile as i can't wait to get out of the examination room. those last mins felt like they lasted a few days. at last, after madam yu finished collecting the papers, she said " children, congratulations. your PSLE is over" we cheered XD. i had been waiting for this day ever since i knew that there was PSLE! well, now, its finally over.
i headed home with foong hui after that for lunch. foong hui's maid was supposed to wait for us at the school gate at 11.20am sharp. however, she was late as usual and we decided to wait for her in my house=D. foong hui called her maid on her handphone but her maid did not answer.. too bad. least she was smart enough to turn up at my house in the end;) after lunch, we headed to west mere. but first, we had to meet reine. rebecca, jerrold, wanqi, khoon hwee, christopher and shun jun left jerlene, melissa and kelly all by themselves and ran away!! how evil. we had a hard time contacting them!!
we played block catching and stuff. it was fun but a little noisy. the west mere security guard asked us to keep quiet but we didn't care much about him anyway... jerrold kept scolding him behind his back! well, i must say the security guard's just doing his job but its after PSLE and neither of us would care about him. so, TOO BAD! as he kept telling us off, we went to ivory heights instead. we played with the swings and played " freeze and melt" i had to go home to take drinks for them!! as if i was their caterer.... it was a pretty fun day and by the end at the day, i was beat.. i guess everyone was. it was nice playing around XD
