what the hell.. the week before holiday hasn't even started and this is getting sucky! we're getting more and more holiday homework. projects that take up time, time and more time. do teachers even know the meaning of the word HOLIDAY?! i think all teachers have to check it up in the dictionary.. even L.A teachers although their vocab's super uber good. i doubt there's the word HOLIDAY in their big dictionary. well here's the definition of holiday: ANY DAY OF EXEMPTION FROM WORK! so there, that's the freaking definition that teachers just don't get. we don't need a total holiday of NO (0%)homework, we just need like... 30% less of your total mountain pile of homework. its enough to make us satisfied. teachers: you were kids once, i know you hated homework too. now you think that homework's so easy to complete but have you ever thought about how old you are? you're super uber over age to be doing our work. we're 13 and you're 23? 33? 43?53 even! when you were a kid like us now, i bet you thought of teachers as evil grown ups that robbed you off of your could-so-be wonderful holidays? holidays are supposed to be memorable, stress free, work free, friends-full, parents-nagging free, teachers free and stuff like that. not the other way round! what's the point of doing to many zhou jis during the holidays when all we do is stay home and do homework and thus, there's nothing interesting to blog about. we can't possible write there(in chinese) " today i did nothing but homework. history assignment, math assignment, science worksheet, chinese pian zhang du hou gan, chinese close passage, and lastly, i'm writing my chi zhou ji. " we can't write this, WHY? because we'll just get scolded and lectured by our teachers when we get back to school after they read this. so we'll just get scolded for nothing and parents will get called up. then we'll get banned from using some great technology that great people invented because we just got complained about by some not-so-great people. if, over the holidays, we do not know how to complete a piece of work set to us, we'll get it back with crosses all over and teachers shaking their heads saying " tsk tsk, this is a piece of very sloppy work! i am going to have to call up your parents if you insist on not completing your work" .

this post is dedicated to all teachers. if you have read this, please try do something about our workload. you give more work, we do more, you mark more. so if you give less work, we do less, you mark less. its a total win-win situation!! can't you make the earth a better place???
